Our Introduction session is designed to open the door to partnership. During this meeting, we’ll take time to get to know you and your business — where you are now, the goals you’re pursuing, and the challenges you may be facing. We’ll also share more about who we are, how we work, and the unique value Q Inspires brings to every client relationship. From this conversation, we’ll provide initial insights and suggestions, then schedule a follow‑up meeting to present a tailored project plan, timeline, and cost outline. This is the foundation for building a strategy that aligns with your vision and sets you on the path to lasting impact.
Cancellation Policy
**Booking Policy** - **Appointments**: All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with the details of your appointment. - **Rescheduling**: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least **24 hours in advance**. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. - **Cancellations**: Cancellations made less than **24 hours before the scheduled session** may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session. - **No‑Shows**: Clients who do not attend their scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no‑show and may be charged the full session fee. - **Timeliness**: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Sessions will end at the scheduled time to respect the next client’s booking. - **Follow‑Up**: For Introduction sessions, a follow‑up meeting will be scheduled to review your tailored project plan, timeline, and costs.
