Our Project Consultation is a deep‑dive session where we move from big ideas to actionable plans. Together, we’ll review a detailed project timeline, outline key milestones, and provide a transparent breakdown of direct costs along with Q Inspires’ service fees. This consultation ensures you have a clear roadmap for execution, with realistic expectations around budget, deliverables, and timing. By the end, you’ll walk away with clarity, confidence, and a structured plan that positions your project for success.
Cancellation Policy
**Booking Policy** - **Appointments**: All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with the details of your appointment. - **Rescheduling**: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least **24 hours in advance**. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. - **Cancellations**: Cancellations made less than **24 hours before the scheduled session** may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session. - **No‑Shows**: Clients who do not attend their scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no‑show and may be charged the full session fee. - **Timeliness**: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Sessions will end at the scheduled time to respect the next client’s booking. - **Follow‑Up**: For Introduction sessions, a follow‑up meeting will be scheduled to review your tailored project plan, timeline, and costs.
